Neuro-vertebral decompression

Neurovertebral decompression therapy on automated tables, commonly known as "traction", is a technique aimed at applying 2 forces from opposite directions to the spine, which mainly results in an enlargement of the intervertebral spaces as well as a tension of the intervertebral anatomical structures. 

They are carried out on an automated table with pre-defined protocols that vary the time, force and speed of pulling.

A painless, progressive and natural technique.

They are mainly used for the lumbar and cervical regions.

Spinal tractions have important clinical benefits, such as:


- Ligament and muscle stretching
- Decrease in disc pressure
- Limitation of nerve compressions
- Enlargement of the intervertebral foramen
- Muscle and joint mobilization

The duration of a session is approximately 20 minutes. The number varies from 1 to 3 times a week, at the doctor's discretion and depending on the pathologies. 

The number of sessions is often 5 to 10 sessions depending on the indications.
